The honey arrived on time in handsome jar beautifully packed with a cute thank you note. The fall 2021 raw honey is a well balanced, rather dark homey with caramel notes. It’s simply perfect, specially on a toast with ricotta or mascarpone cheese.

I use Honey for a lot of different things. Specially during the cold and flu season I mix it with lemon and hot water. I've used about every type honey and every brand This honey is as good if not better than any honey I've ever had, taste amazing, very flavorful, flows well and of course a great value. Love the packaging and my beautiful customized note.
