The word joon in Farsi/Persian means soul/spirit/life and is essentially a word of endearment.  It is often used after a person's first name to mean dear. 

In the context of our company name, we aim to honor the essential place honeybees hold in our global sustainability efforts, Our Dearest Bees or quite simply Bee Joon.
